Through The Triple Set Framework, we provide the technical roadmap for players to move beyond the "Relief Trap," reclaim their physical autonomy, and build a Grand Slam Back. We are engineering a world where high achievers can compete with total confidence, living a life that is finally as ambitious and limitless as their game—well into their retirement years .

My Story 

Former Pro Player. Expert in Human Movement. Your Bridge Back to the Baseline.

Most tennis players are told to "rest" when their back flares up. I was told the same thing for three years. I was told to do some stretches, get some acupuncture, and get ultrasound.

But a tennis match isn’t played in a clinic—it’s played at full tilt, under pressure, and through three grueling sets. I realized that "getting out of pain" isn't the same thing as "being ready to play."

Today, I teach Functional Kinesiology—the science of how the human body moves. I’ve spent my life on the court, and now I spend my life studying the mechanics of movement to ensure you never have to "play a small game" again.

The Pedigree: I’ve Walked the Path

Before I was an expert in movement, I was a competitor. Born into a family of high-level cricketers and tennis players, the court was my home from age five.

  • Ranked #5 in Asia (U-14) by the age of 12.

  • Top 5 National Ranking in India across every age group (U-12 to U-18).

  • International Experience: Represented India in the Asian Masters in Australia and competed across the globe on the WTA and ITF circuits.

  • Elite Training: Trained in Spain alongside Garbiñe Muguruza and worked closely with Sania Mirza.

I know the pressure of a tie-break and the physical demand of a kick serve. But more importantly, I know the heartbreak of a body that won’t cooperate.

The Cycle: Why Traditional Rehab Fails Tennis Players

At 13, I entered a three-year cycle of chronic lower back pain that nearly broke me. I saw the specialists and got the MRIs—which showed no "damage." I did months of physiotherapy and ultrasound sessions.

The pattern was always the same:

  1. The pain would subside with rest and treatment.

  2. I would feel "better" and start training.

  3. I’d get to a tournament, and by the middle of the first set, the pain would return with a vengeance.

Nobody addressed the mental toll of that cycle or the fact that my body hadn't built the capacity to handle the rotation and impact of a match. I was being treated like a patient, not an athlete. This frustration culminated in Djibouti, Africa, where I had to concede a match I was winning because I literally could not walk.

By 17, my body had developed so many compensatory patterns to protect my back that I suffered a career-ending shoulder injury. I felt like I had failed my family and my future.

The Science: Playing Until You're 80

That devastation became my "why." I moved to Australia to find the answers the specialists didn't have, earning my Master’s by Research and becoming a Lecturer in Functional Kinesiology.

I founded Strive Performance specifically for the tennis player who is tired of playing a "small game."
