My name is Anushka Bhargava, founder of Strive Performance. I wasn't always a rehab specialist. My journey began as a professional tennis player with a dream.
At 13, that dream was derailed by three years of debilitating chronic lower back pain. I saw countless practitioners, but no one offered a real plan. I was prescribed rest and basic exercises, but the pain always returned the moment I pushed myself. I felt defeated and like a failure, my body betraying my ambition.
That experience became my purpose. I pursued a Masters in Exercise Science to find the answers I was never given. Now, I dedicate my life to bridging the critical gap between passive treatment and peak performance, helping high achievers like you build a body that doesn't just support your goals, it accelerates them.
